Scenarios - The Scenario course will take you through a multitude of case
studies and outline the options for taking this to the submission stage with a
lender. A simple refinance or a FHO purchase is only the beginning of what
a broker will encounter. This course will give you an understanding of the
huge variety of other situations a client may ask you to become involved in as
part of their loan application process. |

For New Students: An enrolment form must be completed and sent to
NFI as the first step in the process of online learning. New students
must have a valid email address. Once a student has submitted an enrolment
form, they will receive email confirmation that the form and payment has been
processed. The new student will also receive an enrolment "key"
which will be needed to register in their chosen course. Once these steps
are complete, the course can be accessed and access will be available through
the email you receive.
For Existing
Students: Click on the picture below to go directly to the e-learning
platform where you will just need to enter your existing username and password to access
your chosen course.

Please note:
Trainees submitting assessments should allow for the fact that no
marking or issuing of Certificates will occur during the 2 weeks before
and after Christmas Day.
