The National Finance Institute (NFI) exists to provide results-driven training solutions to the Mortgage Industry.

All training courses are not the same!  Our training courses focus on delivering positive student outcomes through the provision of ‘real-life’ training that can be applied immediately. NFI training programs include:

• FNS40804 Certificate IV in Financial Services (Finance/Mortgage Broking)
  This is a nationally accredited course, recognised by the MFAA, FBAA, aggregators and lenders, and offered by NFI Australia-wide via 5-day face-to-face workshops or via correspondence, or via online e-learning.  NFI is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and a Full Member of the MFAA.

• W.A. Supplement to FNS40804
  The W.A. Supplement course for Finance/Mortgage Brokers is a short course which meets the education requirements of DOCEP W.A. to allow brokers with an existing Certificate IV to apply for a Restricted Finance Brokers License to operate in Western Australia.  Provided either via correspondence (hard copy of course manual forwarded by express mail), or via online e-learning.  Further details on becoming a licensed mortgage broker/finance broker in W.A., as well as our approval, may be seen on the DOCEP website.  Special Offer:  Enrol in the Cert IV and the W.A. Supplement course via online learning and save $150 off RRP.

• Commercial Origination course 
  Home study (correspondence), or online e-learning.  Workshops can also be arranged for group bookings.

• Upgrade from Cert III to Cert IV
  Distance learning or online e-learning or combine with RPL

• RPL
  Recognition of Prior Learning for Certificate IV. Email enquiries@financeinstitute.com.au and we will send you the procedure and application form or click on RPL to access a pdf file outlining the procedure. The cost is $495 (incl GST) however some aggregator discounts may apply.

  Continuous Professional Development sessions - many topics, or we can customise to suit!
